We have an alternative dispute resolution policy and therefore provide customer service.

We inform that according to Art. 40 of Regulation (EU) 7/2017, an online dispute resolution platform has been made available by the European Commission and is available via the following link:

However, we will decide on a case-by-case basis whether or not to adhere to this system, as we believe that disputes can and should be resolved outside these areas, so we recommend that you use our customer service system before filing a complaint.
